2. Warehouse Processing & Inspection
Our team organizes and inspects inventory before packing orders for shipment.

3. Order-Number Fulfillment
We fulfill orders in order-number sequence, processing earlier pre-orders first.

4. High-Volume Releases
For major releases, fulfillment may take approximately 7–9 business days beginning on the official U.S. release date. This is an estimate and is not guaranteed, and additional processing time may be required depending on order volume or other circumstances.

📦 PRE-ORDER + IN-STOCK ITEMS

Pre-order and in-stock items purchased together will ship once ALL items in the order are available.

To receive in-stock items sooner, please place them in a separate order.

⚠️ PRE-ORDER CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

ALL PRE-ORDER SALES ARE FINAL

Once a preorder has been placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged due to a change of mind, release delay, estimated fulfillment time, or other circumstances outside of EVE PINK's control, except where otherwise required by applicable law or EVE PINK's applicable store policy.

🎥 DAMAGE, DEFECT & MISSING ITEM CLAIMS

An unboxing video is required for claims involving missing, incorrect, or damaged merchandise or inclusions.

Submit claims within 7 days of confirmed delivery. Record a clear, continuous video starting before you open the shipping package and continuing through the complete unboxing, clearly showing the package, contents, and reported issue.

Please retain all original packaging, shipping labels, and contents until your claim has been reviewed.

Claims without sufficient documentation may not be eligible for approval. An unboxing video does not automatically guarantee a refund, replacement, or exchange.

📦 MANUFACTURING & OUTER PACKAGING

Minor dents, corner wear, scratches, surface marks, creases, slight bends, printing imperfections, discoloration, or similar cosmetic imperfections may occur during manufacturing, packaging, transportation, or handling.

Printed materials and collectible inclusions may also have minor manufacturing imperfections.

Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not materially affect the contents, functionality, or overall condition are generally not considered defects eligible for return or exchange.

Significant damage, missing contents, or incorrect items will be reviewed according to EVE PINK's applicable policies.
