Full-Time Retail Sales Associate

EVE PINK — KATY LOCATION

We are looking for a dependable, friendly, and organized team member who is interested in a long-term position with EVE PINK. Applicants must be available to work full weekday shifts as well as weekends, including opening and closing shifts as scheduled.

• Flexible availability is required during new releases, special events, holidays, and other busy periods
• This is a long-term position, not a seasonal or temporary position

Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will support daily store operations while providing friendly and professional customer service.

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional customer service
• Assist customers with K-pop albums, merchandise, product questions, and general store inquiries
• Operate the POS system and accurately process customer purchases and transactions
• Perform daily inventory counts and stock checks to help maintain accurate inventory records
• Restock, organize, and maintain merchandise throughout the store
• Receive, unpack, organize, and process incoming shipments
• Prepare and process online orders and in-store pickup orders
• Maintain store displays and keep the sales floor, register area, storage areas, and backroom clean and organized
• Assist with product labeling, pricing, and merchandise organization as needed
• Perform opening and closing duties as scheduled
• Help prepare the store for new album releases, promotions, special events, and high-volume sales days
• Follow company policies, store procedures, and directions from management
• Communicate inventory discrepancies, customer concerns, or store issues to management when needed
• Assist with other store-related responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the Katy location
• Dependable, punctual, responsible, and able to maintain consistent attendance
• Friendly and comfortable communicating with customers
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain accurate inventory and transaction records
• Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
• Able to follow directions and company procedures
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Willing to learn about new products, K-pop releases, and store procedures
• Basic knowledge of K-pop artists, albums, and current trends is preferred
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform general retail duties, including stocking, unpacking shipments, bending, reaching, and lifting or moving merchandise as needed
