PRE-ORDER PROCESS

Official Release → Manufacturer / Supplier Preparation → Ships to EVE PINK → Arrives at EVE PINK → Warehouse Receiving, Inspection & Quality Control → Order Fulfillment → Your Order Ships

The official release date is not the EVE PINK shipping date. After the official release, the manufacturer or supplier must prepare and dispatch the inventory before it can be received by EVE PINK.

MANUFACTURER & SUPPLIER PREPARATION

Depending on the product and manufacturer or supplier schedule, it may take approximately 1–3 weeks after the official release date for EVE PINK to receive the inventory.

Inventory may arrive sooner than expected or may take longer than 1–3 weeks. Manufacturer and supplier schedules are outside of EVE PINK's control and may change or experience additional delays with little or no advance notice.

ESTIMATED DATES & DELAYS

All release, preparation, shipment, arrival, and fulfillment timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

The estimated release date does not guarantee when EVE PINK will receive the inventory. Delays may occur due to manufacturer or supplier schedules, production, international transit, customs clearance, carriers, or other circumstances outside of EVE PINK's control.

Additional delays may occur even after an initial estimated timeline has been provided, and updated information may not always be available from the manufacturer or supplier in advance.

A delay does not mean that the order has been canceled. Your pre-order will remain active, and fulfillment will begin once the inventory has arrived at EVE PINK and warehouse receiving, inspection, and quality-control procedures have been completed.

LIGHT STICK INSPECTION & QUALITY CONTROL

Once inventory arrives at EVE PINK, our team performs a functionality check before fulfillment to verify that each light stick powers on and is functioning at the time of inspection.

Please note that manufacturer-controlled features, including applications, Bluetooth connectivity, firmware, pairing, or concert-related functions, may be updated or changed by the manufacturer and are outside of EVE PINK's control.

Please remove the batteries when the light stick is not in use. Batteries left inside for extended periods may leak or cause damage.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

Once inventory arrives at EVE PINK, our warehouse team begins:

  • Receiving, counting, and organizing the shipment
  • Inspecting products for accuracy and visible damage
  • Performing light stick functionality checks
  • Preparing inventory for individual customer orders
  • Processing orders in order-number sequence, with earlier pre-orders processed first
  • Packing and verifying each order before shipment

For high-volume releases, fulfillment may require additional processing time. Large light stick releases may involve a significant number of individual orders, and each unit requires receiving, inspection, and functionality checks before fulfillment.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

PRE-ORDER + IN-STOCK ITEMS

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be held until all items are available and ready for fulfillment.

If you need an in-stock item sooner, please place a separate order.

PRE-ORDER CANCELLATION

ALL PRE-ORDER SALES ARE FINAL.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept that release dates, manufacturer and supplier schedules, inventory arrival dates, and fulfillment timelines are estimates and may change.

Pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded due to release delays, manufacturer or supplier delays, shipment delays, inventory arriving later than originally estimated, changes to estimated timelines, or fulfillment processing times.
