Korean Release → Supplier Preparation → Ships from Korea → Arrives at EVE PINK → Warehouse Processing → Your Order Ships

Please note that the Korean release date is not the date your order ships from EVE PINK. After the official release, our supplier must first prepare and dispatch the inventory to us.

Once our supplier dispatches the shipment, it typically takes approximately 3–5 business days to arrive at our U.S. warehouse.

The time between the Korean release date and supplier dispatch may vary. International transit, customs clearance, carrier delays, or other circumstances may also affect the estimated timeline.

📦 ORDER FULFILLMENT

Once the inventory arrives at EVE PINK, we must receive, inspect, and process it before we can begin fulfilling individual orders.

Orders are fulfilled by order number, with earlier pre-orders processed first.

For high-volume releases, fulfillment may take approximately 7–9 business days after the inventory has been received and processed. All timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

🛍️ PRE-ORDER + IN-STOCK ITEMS

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship together once all items are available.

If you need an in-stock item sooner, please place a separate order.

⚠️ PRE-ORDER CANCELLATION

ALL PRE-ORDER SALES ARE FINAL.

Pre-orders cannot be canceled due to a change of mind, release delays, supplier delays, or estimated fulfillment times, except where otherwise required by applicable law or EVE PINK policy.
