Pre-Order & Shipping Details — JAPAN RELEASE

PRE-ORDER FULFILLMENT PROCESS

Japan Release → International Shipment → EVE PINK Warehouse Receiving & Inspection → Order-Number Fulfillment → Your Order Ships

The Japan release date is not a guaranteed EVE PINK shipping or pickup date. Once inventory arrives at EVE PINK, our warehouse team begins receiving, inspection, and order processing as quickly as possible.

JAPAN RELEASE DATE & INVENTORY ARRIVAL

Japan Release inventory typically takes approximately 1–2 weeks after the official Japanese release date to arrive at EVE PINK.

This is an estimated timeframe and is not guaranteed. Depending on the manufacturer, distributor, international carrier, customs processing, shipment schedule, or other circumstances outside of EVE PINK’s control, inventory may arrive earlier or later.

The official Japanese release date does not represent the date that customer orders will be shipped or available for pickup.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

As soon as inventory is received, our warehouse team begins:

  • Receiving, counting, and organizing the shipment
  • Inspecting products for accuracy and visible damage
  • Preparing inventory for individual order fulfillment
  • Processing orders by order number, with earlier pre-orders processed first
  • Packing and verifying each order before shipment

Orders placed closer to the release date may require additional processing time because earlier pre-orders are already ahead in the fulfillment queue.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

HIGH-VOLUME RELEASES

For high-volume releases, fulfillment may take approximately 7–9 business days after inventory arrives at EVE PINK and warehouse processing begins.

This is an estimated timeframe and is not guaranteed. Major releases may involve hundreds or thousands of individual orders, and fulfillment may take longer depending on inventory arrival, shipment size, order volume, receiving and inspection requirements, or other operational circumstances.

Our warehouse team processes each order as quickly and accurately as possible while maintaining order-number priority.

PRE-ORDER + IN-STOCK ITEMS

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we will hold the entire order until all items are available and ready for fulfillment.

If you need an in-stock item sooner, please place a separate order.

PRE-ORDER CANCELLATION

ALL PRE-ORDER SALES ARE FINAL.

Pre-orders cannot be canceled due to a change of mind, release delays, international shipping or customs delays, inventory arrival delays, changes in estimated arrival or fulfillment timelines, or processing times, except where otherwise required by applicable law or EVE PINK policy.
