In-Store Pickup Policy

PICKUP PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 2–3 business days for your in-store pickup order to be processed and prepared at your selected EVE PINK location.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing the following business day. Processing times are estimates and may vary during high-volume releases, holidays, special events, or other peak periods.

WAIT FOR YOUR READY FOR PICKUP EMAIL

Once your order is ready, you will receive a Ready for Pickup email confirming that your order is available at your selected location.

Please wait until you receive this email before visiting the store. An order confirmation does not mean that your order is ready for pickup.

WHEN PICKING UP

Please bring a valid photo ID or be prepared to verify your order information, such as your order number, name on the order, or billing address.

We recommend picking up your order within 2 weeks of receiving your Ready for Pickup email due to limited storage space.

PRE-ORDER + IN-STOCK ITEMS

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we'll hold the entire order until all items are available and ready for pickup at your selected location.

If you need an in-stock item sooner, please place a separate order.
