PRE-ORDER PROCESS

ORDER PLACED

You'll receive an email confirmation once your pre-order is placed. Your order will ship once all pre-order items arrive at our warehouse. Pre-order items ship after the release date noted on the product page.

PRODUCT RELEASED

Albums typically arrive 3-5 business days after the release, or up to a week. Pre-orders with additional photocard gifts may take an additional 1-2 weeks longer depending on shipment arrival.

PACKING ORDER

Once pre-order shipment arrives, most orders are processed and packed within 1-4 business days on a first-order, first-serve basis. Process and packing time heavily depends on demand.

OUT FOR DELIVERY/READY FOR PICKUP

You'll receive an email once your order has been shipped or ready for pickup. For shipped orders, a tracking number will be provided. PLEASE RECORD AN UNBOXING VIDEO (NO EDITS OR SKIPS) IN CASE OF ANY ISSUES.
