The expected release date is 11.24.25. Please keep in mind that the production time of the EXCLUSIVE GIFT could be delayed, so it may take up to an additional 1-2 weeks to receive the shipment AFTER IT RELEASES IN KOREA. Please note that this is not a guaranteed time frame, as we may receive it earlier or later. Once we receive it, our shipping team will begin fulfillment processing on a first-come, first-served basis.

Depending on the pre-order volume, fulfillment processing could take longer than expected.

ATTENTION: Due to the high volume of pre-orders, we have established guidelines for fulfillment processing. Please read before placing pre-orders, so you do not worry about your order. 

(1) Once this album is released in Korea on November 21, 2025, we expect to receive it within 3–5 business days. However, due to the upcoming holiday season, the arrival date may be unexpectedly delayed, so we cannot always guarantee the exact date it will reach our warehouse.

Also, please keep in mind that the production time of the EXCLUSIVE GIFT could be delayed, so it may take up to an additional 1-2 weeks to receive the shipment after it is released from Korea. Please note that this is not a guaranteed time frame, as we may receive it earlier or later, but on certain occasions, the Exclusive Photocard arrived later than the album.

(2) Once we receive our shipment, we have to inspect the albums.

(3) We will begin fulfillment according to the order number we received, starting with the pre-orders that have been submitted. Pre-order began October 19th, 2025.

(4) If you placed a pre-order recently, close to the release date, near November 21st, 2025, it will take longer than expected due to the heavy volume of pre-orders.

(5) Once we receive the shipment, we expect to fulfill all orders within 1-2 weeks (counting only business days). We will try our best to complete all orders within 7-9 business days of processing time, starting from the day we receive all albums. However, depending on the volume of orders, it could take longer without further notice.

  • *We will only process damage/refund inquiries sent to us within 7 days of your order delivery date.
  • *The unboxing video MUST be included to file a claim; failure to include the unboxing video will automatically result in the rejection of your claim.

• The release date, shipping schedule, contents, product description, and preview images are subject to change based on operational circumstances. The color displayed on one's monitor and the actual color may differ. The actual product may vary from the image shown. 
• The outer box, case, sleeve, or cover is designed to protect the product inside. Damage (crushing/tearing/puncturing), spots, scratches, flaws, discoloration, etc., may occur due to the nature of the material or during the manufacturing/packaging/delivery process and cannot be a reason for exchange or return. Any fine spots, scratches, flaws, or textural conditions on any products and printed material (including photocards) cannot be a reason for exchange or return. Due to the thin paper material of some products, corners may naturally curl, bend, fold, or slightly tear during packaging/delivery; therefore, it cannot be a reason for exchange or return.
