- Regarding all of the LIGHTSTICK outbox cases (PLEASE READ):

"OUTBOX CASE" is only for protecting the contents inside. With that stated, refunds or exchanges are impossible due to the outbox case being damaged (cracked, torn, bent, etc.) during the in-transit of delivery.

Please refer to the above when you order light sticks. As we have already been informed, we aren't responsible for the above reasons.

PRODUCT DETAILS:

• Light Stick

Finally, the official XG light stick is now available! With a design reminiscent of a spaceship and featuring a trigger-type button, it can switch between seven-member colors and auto color change in normal performance mode. By registering your seat via the dedicated ‘XG OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK’ app, you can enjoy the light effects and sense of unity linked to the stage through the wireless control function. The openable cockpit comes with XG parts by default and is ready for immediate use. The highly detailed packaging box resembles a toy space gun and includes a set of 'XG Trading Cards' featuring all seven members.

The light stick can be customized with the ‘XG OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK Ver.1 Custom Parts’ and ‘LIGHT STICK Custom Strap’, which are sold separately.

This product does not come with batteries. Alkaline AAA batteries x 3 (sold separately) are required.

Care and Safety Instructions:

• Avoid high temperatures and high humidity; store at room temperature.
• Do not look directly at the LED light up close.
• Always use alkaline AAA batteries. Using other types (e.g., manganese batteries) may cause malfunction or improper operation.
• Replace all batteries (3 pcs) simultaneously.
• Remove the batteries when storing the product to prevent damage from battery leakage.
• Keep batteries out of reach of children and dispose of them properly.
• Ensure correct battery installation; incorrect installation may cause malfunction, fire, or burns.
• If the batteries become hot during use, remove them immediately and contact support.
• Replace batteries with new ones before each performance.
• Interference from wireless devices during performances may occur but is not a malfunction.

Battery Insertion and Replacement:

1. Turn the cap at the bottom to remove the battery socket inside.
2. Insert three AAA batteries (sold separately) into the battery socket, ensuring correct polarity (+ and -).
3. Reinsert the battery socket and turn the bottom cap to secure it. Incorrect insertion may cause malfunction.

Product Features and Use:

• Up: Power ON (Initial color: WHITE)
• Middle: Power OFF
• Down: Bluetooth mode (flashes blue for seat information input) LED Mode Setting: In normal performance mode, each press of the mode button switches the color: WHITE → YELLOW → BLUE → PURPLE → ORANGE → RED → GREEN → AUTO COLOR.

For performances with seat control, register seats via the dedicated app.
