The release date is 02/09/24. U.S. (Digipack ver.) version albums will be available for in-store purchases on 02/09/24 at our retail stores. For in-store pickup orders, they will be ready on the same date as the release date. Our shipping team will begin fulfillment processing for mail orders on a first-order, first-serve basis.

Depending on the pre-order volume, fulfillment processing could take longer than expected. 

Please order with consideration. ALL PRE-ORDER SALES ARE FINAL - NO RETURN / NO CANCELLATION.

ATTENTION: Due to the heavy volume of pre-orders, which have been started since JANUARY 18th, 2024, for pre-orders, here are some guidelines for fulfillment processing. Please read before placing pre-orders so you do not worry about your order. 

(1) We expect to receive the shipment and have it available on February 9, 2024.

(2) We must inspect the albums Once we receive our shipment.

(3) We will start fulfillment by the order number we received, meaning we will start from the pre-orders that have been submitted beginning from January 18th, 2024.

(4) If you placed a pre-order recently close to the release date, near Feb 9th, 2024, it will take longer than expected due to the heavy volume of pre-orders.

(5) Once we receive the shipment, we expect to fulfill all orders within 1-2 weeks (counting only business days). We will complete all orders within 7-9 business days of processing time starting from the day of receiving all albums. However, depending on the volume of orders, it could take longer without further notice.

Product Condition:

• RANDOM SIGNED BY P1HARMONY MEMBER (COULD BE ONE MEMBER, MULTIPLE MEMBERS, OR GROUP SIGNED - PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT IT IS ALL RANDOMLY SIGNED)
• GOOD condition
• CD never played
• Opened (opened only for signing), then sealed back
• Not all inclusion might not be included due to the opening during the signing by the artist
• Possible smudges around the signed area
• All signed albums are required to get shipped via USPS Priority mail OR UPS ground, and we strongly encourage to add a signature service - if your package is lost/stolen, EVE PINK can't be responsible for the loss.

• Release date, shipping schedule, contents, product description, and preview images are subject to change based on operational circumstances. The color displayed on one's monitor, and the actual color may differ. The actual product may vary from the image shown. 
• The outer box/case/sleeve/cover is made to protect the product underneath. Small spots, scratches, flaws, discoloration, bend, crease, etc., may occur due to the nature of the material or during the manufacturing/packaging/delivery process and cannot be a reason for exchange or return. Small wrinkles, bent, creases, tears, etc., on the cover cannot be a reason for exchange or return. The inner sleeve may be affected due to the contact with the disk cannot be a reason for exchange or return. The disk label may not be applied smoothly due to the nature of the process.
